My Country Farmhouse – Spectacular East Coast Inns

With the economy at a complete halt it was no surprise to see many Inn’s or large family homes for sale. These businesses rely on people coming and going (mostly during the warm season) which means they don’t often make money during the winter. Insurance, hydro, heating, land taxes and running costs on an empty property will simply overwhelm these independent businesses so quickly. And in the end – they will feel they have to fold. I hope that is not the case for any of these beauties.
